The New Subscriber

In order to become the m:tel subscriber, it is necessary to conclude a contract for connecting to the m:tel network and pay 10 BAM at one of m:tel’s point of sale or at m:tel’s authorized dealers.

and submit the copy of the payment slip for inspection as the proof of payment. If you are exempted from paying taxes, it is necessary to submit the statement of tax exemption. In addition to the contract, the subscriber also receives the subscriber’s card which contains his/her full name, SIM card serial number, the subscriber’s number, PIN code, PUK code and the activation date.

Physical (BiH and foreign citizens) and legal persons are eligible to conclude the subscription contract. An adult physical person with the BiH citizenship can personally conclude the subscription contract upon presenting a valid identification document (ID or passport). A foreign citizen, in addition to passport presentation, needs to deposit 100 BAM as a guarantee in case of outstanding debts for telephone bills.
The procedure for concluding the subscription contract for legal entities: a designated physical person with the authorization letter concludes the contract on behalf and on account of the legal entity, with the a copy of valid ID of the authorized person, as well as a copy (certified that it corresponds to the original) of the excerpt from the court registry with all appendices.

International organizations submit the authorization that the contract can be concluded on their behalf and on their account, as well as the proof of the VAT exemption.

Note: The physical person is eligible to conclude two subscription contracts at most, if the person becomes the subscriber for the first time (the limitation expires 6 months after concluding the first subscription contract if liabilities for telephone bills are being regularly settled for that period).
